For Puppy School Graduates
SuperPup and Canine College are our progression courses following Puppy School. They are for dogs who have completed our Happy Buddies’ Puppy School course.
If you wish to progress your training after Puppy School, you can choose to complete both our progression courses (in any order) or just one - you can decide which one based on what topics you’d like to cover. Whilst there are no upper age limits for either progression course, it is recommended you complete SuperPup whilst your puppy is still under a year old as the socialisation elements we introduce you to will be of greater benefit to young puppies and adolescents, but dogs of any age will still enjoy and find this course beneficial.

What Is Super Pup?
Do you want a SuperPup? A puppy that chooses good deeds over chaos and mischief? Through this course, you can learn how to bring out your puppy’s inner superhero and take your puppy’s boundless energy and develop it into superskills for life - from sidekick to superhero in just 6 weeks! Amongst other things this course will help you achieve a better socialised puppy, a more effective recall and will build confidence in shy puppies whilst helping over confident puppies to choose calmness over chaos!
SuperPup is the next level up from Puppy School and is suitable for all puppies who have attended our Puppy School course. There is no upper age limit but puppies who have recently completed Puppy School will very much benefit from this course as it will help build on their socialisation skills whilst they are still young.
The course is a 6 week tutor-led course in a similar format to Puppy School. Each class lasts 1 hour and during each class you'll be taught a number of short exercises which show you fun ways to develop and utilise your puppy’s superpowers and turn chaos into confidence and calm!
The following themes are covered during the SuperPup course:

Speed up those recalls. Increase focus on your walks. With this superpower your puppy will be the fastest in the park!

+ Super Strength and Fitness
Simple doggy workouts and body maintenance tips for your Superpup. Important for all superheroes!

+ Super Stealth and Stillness
Teach your Superpup the skill of complete calmness. Sometimes stealth is required on a superhero ‘mission’!

+ Super Senses
Sharpen your Superpup’s senses. Play simple nosework games. Build confidence around scary noises. Teach your puppy to be brave and courageous!

+ Super Flexibility
On things, over things, under things. Fun ideas to improve your Superpup’s flexibility.

+ Super Social
From the Avengers to the X-Men, no superhero is complete without a team. Learn to become your own superhero team with your puppy always by your side!
All techniques used for training and socialisation in classes will be fun and easy for both you and your puppy. All training is reward-based using treats, toys and praise. No harsh methods are used or allowed at classes.
Helpful handouts are provided each week to help you practice between classes and your puppy will receive a CERTIFICATE and ROSETTE on completion of the course!

Price
A group course of 6 classes with SuperPup is:
£165 (+£2 booking fee) per course
It is encouraged to book well in advance to avoid disappointment as courses book up quickly and spaces are limited.
Bookings can be made well in advance and is in fact recommended as class numbers are small.
