Amanda creates a very warm and friendly environment and makes the puppies and owners feel very safe. She takes her time to explain things from the puppies’ perspectives which helps the exercises make more sense to their owners. All the exercises help the puppies and the owners cope with day to day challenges. Exercises are broken down in small steps, demonstrated very clearly and then you have a practice with helpful tips from Amanda as she makes her way around the group. There is also an extremely helpful video before the first class which helps you set up for the puppy’s arrival. You are provided with a booklet which sets out the whole course, with homework and additional tips. And after every class Amanda sends more information to help you throughout the week. On top of that, Amanda is genuinely lovely and very kind and patient, and we totally recommend her! I had a wonderful experience at Happy Buddies.
